Our strategy is to make this a business, not send out small batches or handwrite letters or deal with individual counties one by one.

At some point, I may get to a certain threshold where I decide to create another LLC for the next "batch" of properties.  

If this was that easy and certain, there'd be no money in it.Since my immediate goal is to acquire just as much of this high-yield Sending land while the good deal last, not being able to quickly flip the first batch for cash puts a pinch on growth.
