Not a fan of the town really being truthful but profit is what yer after not calling it home for yerself & family i hope.

The truth is, most real estate agents aren't thinking about safety, but marketing.

If you remain resident in Canada, in augmentation of Eamonn's advice, I would suggest you consult with a CPA - and possibly attorney - experienced with Canadian tax law and business organisation when holding foreign assets.Having your U.S.A. business (and assets/properties) be held and operated within a U.S.A. corporate entity will provide you with control over the repatriation of retained earnings.  

I'm in no way trying to brag but trying to be truthful with you.

Truthfully - because we already have a trip planned to the area in late September.

The truth was I could have gone higher, but my offer was also weighed on how much liquid cash I had in the bank to play with.

That is not only truthful, but it is not going to raise any alarms.It's the same thing with the stepson in the townhome.

And truth be told he is a little crazy but seems in my experience some of the most successful people in history were a little crazy. 😜
