I am a full-time W2 employee looking to semi-retire in the next 6-12 months. My investing interests are centered around SFR buy and hold properties in NC. My current goal is 5-10 in the next 3 1/2 years. Once I have reached self-fulfillment there, I will reassess to set my next goal.
