Hello BP family, I own a small commercial stand alone building and have been approached by Edward Jones to build out and lease the property. 

In our recent acquisition of a 34 SFR rental portfolio, we are exploring different approaches to handle this efficiently.

My main goal in pursuing the person was not to recoup for damages, but instead to hold him accountable in some way.Not wanting to throw good money after bad, I went the DIY approach to filing suit. 

This can be a useful tool in situations where a tenant is uncooperative or unwilling to leave, but it's important to approach the process carefully to ensure that it's successful. 

The variability can also have to do with how different landlords approach pricing.
