I doubt you're losing a lot of people as I don't believe a lot of people travel with their pets on business or tourism.

It has a mix of industries that draw in travelers from all parts of the country, not just tourism.

I am currently living and teaching in Vietnam and many students are unable to afford opportunities to better themselves.

Retired guys usually have their **** together there are not many left from Vietnam that will run around screaming about Charlie's most of those are in government "facilities" anyways.

Watrous has some agricultural services, potash mines, and some beaches/tourism.

What we do know is, it has created a lot of new jobs, new tourism and investment in certain commercial and industrial zones.

Keep in mind we have year round tourism, so vacation properties are another type of rental you might want to add to your portfolio.

Both of these towns boast great winter and summer activities, especially now that resort mountain biking has become a bigger deal for tourism. 

I own a vacation rental property in Poipu and it is difficult to understand why the Island would allow this dairy farm (only creates 7 jobs and the milk is being sent to Oahu for processing anyways so the argument of "local milk" is just false marketing) if it will negatively affect tourism in Poipu the way its opponents are stating.
