Saw your post while searching for any info about STRs in Banner Eld area.

There's a standard syndication that goes out to sites like Zillow, Redfin etc that is included when it is listed in the MLS; hence why people can find properties from across the country. 

The same unit has different listings for the 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom alternatives.

Coming on here to hopefully make connections, or learn from those who have been or are in the same position I currently am in.
