I'm looking for recommendations for someone who has experience structuring loans to minimize the taxes for me as well as either a service or software to maintain the loan, writing the note properly and how to receive payments etc.

Are aware of any software solutions/service provider for managing C-corp operations like payroll processing, book keeping etc ?

The software I'm working with is great. automation, lead gen, literally all-in-one easy to use. but it's been a hard couple of months, I'm just trying to see any cheaper alternatives.

I use professional software, but I know a lot of people that use TransUnion Smart Move and are happy with it.

Had our son in high school help out landscaping, running skidsteer, putting up signage, clean out units, run software, etc.  

I earn 80,000/year at the moment as a software developer but salary increases annually like 3%.

I think the reality is that Airbnb is a larger company with a larger IT department so their software is more sophisticated and they have the staff to make software changes in a timely fashion to meet state and local laws.

I can confirm that there is a business in place, a team of very knowledgeable individuals to help you through all aspects of the flipping process....market identification (they service a few, I'm currently in Detroit), acquisition (they put you in touch with a licensed agent; they have a software to help you underwrite prospective properties i.e. will you make $10K-$20K after it's all said and done?)

Sure, you may come across a few that put in too many maintenance requests from time to time, haha, but most of that can be handled with a phone call and doesn't always require a tech (or you if you are self managing) to be dispatched.Software: I cannot stress this enough, make sure whatever software you choose is user friendly, for you and your tenants!
