Wouldn't you just take a plane for the occasional visits... time is money. 

To my knowledge planes don't cost down payment money they cost house money his motivation is not to avoid paying as much in taxes but to get enough money to buy the plane, which puts it at odds with your seller financing motivation. 

You did exactly what I'm planing on doing, but there are still many things that I still try to figure out. 

Mail, UPS, FedEx, or driver. 

We currently have Fed Ex, Autozone, & Chewy's distribution centers, and a huge World Equestrian Center being constructed as well as Dollar General planning a distribution center. 

But after a year or two, he changed its name to "The Indispensable" because he realized the plane made him and his team much more efficient.
