Hi,I travel a lot and I need a bedroom to use every now and then in Nevada, and I'm considering Las Vegas because it has decent international flight connectivity.

For example because medical can be expensive, you have one property with low LTV, like a single family home bought for under $100K but then you have another property that is more about appreciation and that one goes towards travel, etc.

And during my travels during the week I drive by each property to check on it.

I'm also considering doing mid-term rental (travel nurses/business people) in combination with long-term rental to improve cash flow.

Did you travel to KC to see the property or did you purchase remotely?

We want to have the freedom to live centrally to them, work from anywhere/whenever and travel and enjoy life to the fullest and share the blessings that come our way.
