I'm not seeing any high end finishes in these.That’s what I am seeing in most areas all in including drawings, Enginering, surveys, permits, inspections, tap fees, utilities, site work, temp power and temo toilet, trash and sweep outs, Fiber cement siding like hardy plank, architectural shingles or better, hardwood, ceramic tile, granite countertops, upgraded appliances and cabinets, upgraded light fixtures plumbing fixtures.

Admittedly you're new to this industry and since you don't know contracts, contract law, title review, surveys, etc., you'll be well served to learn from those who are versed in such things so you don't put yourself in a position of having to deal with an angry seller, or worse yet, their angry attorney.

I would need to start with a survey to split everything up, (aprox10-15k) and then have a lawyer draw up everything so it can be a condo complex.
