Hello Bigger Pockets community,

I am a new investor just starting out in Round Rock TX, and was wondering where to get contracts for wholesale deals, and exactly how to add assignment clauses.

@Michael Wilbanks

I highly recommend you consider working with a seasoned investor on your first 5 to 10 deals. Admittedly you're new to this industry and since you don't know contracts, contract law, title review, surveys, etc., you'll be well served to learn from those who are versed in such things so you don't put yourself in a position of having to deal with an angry seller, or worse yet, their angry attorney.
