By the time I get comfortable with the game I need to make sure I don’t stumble ..I cant have GC getting paid on the draws by the contract …and subs walking away hungry …is it something that can be done ?

I was 28 when I first stumbled on this site while looking up stuff to purchase my primary residence.

So I've been doing research lately for different real estate concepts because I am looking to get my license soon and I stumbled a cross the idea of wholesale investing.

I just joined the site after stumbling upon it while trying to research Jeff Adams and whether I should take his 3 day workshop..,, as I am interested in getting into investing..Any opinions on whether it is a good program and worth spending the $ to do it..I'm beginning to think NO after having found this awesome site..?

I just stumbled upon this site and really like what I see.

I've also stumbled upon a book that I'll be getting by frank gallinelli about cash flow and the formulas used to determine a good investment vs a bad one.

In other words I stumbled on them by accident and neither required any formalities.

I just stumbled onto this site and have found it to be full of information so I look forward to learning more from everyone here.
