Hello all, I'm a 23 year old recent college graduate living in Federal Hill. I am working in Baltimore in the cybersecurity field. I am looking into purchasing a home around Federal Hill, living in one bedroom, and renting out any of the remaining rooms. I just stumbled onto this site and have found it to be full of information so I look forward to learning more from everyone here.

Hey! Fellow Baltimorian here. Im pretty young as well (24) and I bought my house last year and have been renting out 2 of my spare bedrooms. The federal hill area is a good area! I plan on checking out the next REA Baltimore event as I missed the last one. Think that would definitely be good for networking if you're interested in getting started. Anyway welcome and good luck!
