Hello !

I just joined the site after stumbling upon it while trying to research Jeff Adams and whether I should take his 3 day workshop..,, as I am interested in getting into investing..Any opinions on whether it is a good program and worth spending the $ to do it..I'm beginning to think NO after having found this awesome site..? I am interested in wholesaling and flipping...or holding for rent..I have 2 rentals not acquired by an active investment move, and I am also a Realtor as well since 2011, Remax, and am wondering if there is anything I have to look out for while doing both at the same time. Any thoughts on that would be really helpful..
