Text is the way to go.your email was far to generic as a broker for 40 years I would have read that as almost a spam type thing..

Helps to weed out spam and obviously people who are just too lazy to read the whole ad.

@Sheila Reyes,Since I conduct a number of outbound calls it was important for me to try and prevent my numbers from being labeled as spam.

Only the 50 that spam me each week.Distressed sellers are not stupid. 

Consistently got spammed to upgrade.

Due to increasing spam, the major phone carriers require businesses to register if they want to mass market.

I'd rather find one via biggerpockets or other outsourcing I'm also starting to read the beginner guide on here and threw se extra caution on the gurus also said I had 15 min to lock in the special yet I've gotten 3 spam emails a day later after there supposed limit time offer so red flags going off.

For example, I cannot send out more than 30 texts at a time or I'll be flagged for spamming.
