The worst was when I bought a pre-assembled grill and had to un-assemble it to (barely) get it all in my car.

Do not obstruct with grills outside the windows.

The 2 people can sleep in their own room, do their laundry, cook food, grill something outside, and have cable/wifi.

And now that the four levels of three-bedroom apartment are in place, work has begun on the building’s green roof deck with seating and grilling areas.

The smoker only smoked in the living room by the looks of it, but are you saying we basically have to re dry wall and insulate or the odor will just come back? 

By the time the showing happens I have already pre screened them on the phone so I'm not grilling them about personal stuff while they look.  2.
