Hello BP, I'm new to real estate investing, I hope to have the opportunity to work with everyone! I am up for meet ups also if there are any around here.

Hi @Denny Le ! It sounds like you may have already heard about the beginner's guide, but set up keyword alerts for your local area/city or interests. You can also "vote" on posts if you like them, or get "awards", which you will be able to see in your profile. Also search for "meetup" and the biggest city near your area, and you may be able to find a local meetup or REIA to network with some others and learn more. The forums on here are another great way to learn more and network with other investors.. There are also some great resources on how to use the site if you click on the "New Member Introductions" forum link just above the title of your post. Good luck in your investments!
