Recent market volatility will undoubtedly impact real estate though not all asset classes and strategies will be impacted equally.The Coronavirus is creating a demand shock and with approx 70% of the US economy being based on consumerism this will cause a significant drop in earnings.

Taxes in KC are shockingly low to what we're used to up here in Cleveland.

I mean get to know it for real:Ask yourself- What is the market doing now and how will I position myself based upon that or reposition myself should the scenario change, dig into the Development Trends that affect the value in this market, you would be shocked how this could vary by neighborhood or zipcode, or not.
