How is the Inventory Level of Homes in Your Market?
I am a Real Estate Investor and Real Estate Agent in El Paso, TX, and I am shocked about what we are experiencing in our market in terms of house inventory.
As of today 06/06, we have 2,373 on the market, 1851 are Active, 522 are Pending,
To put things into perspective, we had 3200ish homes for sale last January. That means we have 25% less homes for sale.
This is, therefore, making homes that go on sale to receive multiple offers within just a few days of being listed.
We know that COVID-19 has affected all of our markets, and maybe the reason why we have fewer homes for sale is that there is still fear in our markets, But buyers are still buying strong, which questions the current status quo.
Would love to hear how is the inventory level and the home selling market in other cities.
Thanks,
Yas
