This means relying on good contractors, property managers etc.. to help with things which obviously adds a layer of complexity to getting good deals done.Additionally, I've done some cursory reviews of MLS properties, and it comes as no surprise that, after some rough rental calcs and investment calcs, show there isnt too many properties that jump out and scream cash flow. 

Yet, people buy the fear, lap it up and run up and down the road of the internet screaming "THE END IS NEAR, THE END IS NEAR!!!!!". 

Those guys are fellow musicians (Led Zeppelin, Aerosmith, Toadies, Screaming Trees, Soundgarden, 4 Non Blondes, Type O Negative, Screaming Cheetah Wheelies, Culture Club). 

Apparently the owner is scared of one tenant that keeps screaming at her every time she goes over. 

Is this is a cancel everything, jump in the car and go see it deal (5 hour round trip) or a put on track shoes and run away screaming deal, or somewhere in between?
