A realtor has an obligation to do so plus there is always a chance to get the offer accepted and recieve a comission.

The insurance company was about to close their claim- without giving out the funds because the insured couldn't find anything to purchase to meet the insurance company's requirements to recieve funds.

No need to get frustrated or take it personal when recieving low ball offers, it's a business.

They actually did call me back from apartmens.com but it was a bit disconcerting see the expected reciept day pass by several days and not recieve the payment.

EVERY PM I've had experience with wasnt worth the 10% or even 7% they recieved.

Here is the email I recieved, t there is also a approval leter I can attatch if someonewants to view it.

The 50% of the cash flow they recieve will not reduce the amount owed of the initial downpayment of the loan that I'm agreeing to pay back in full.

I would worry less about it if I had not yet recieved an offer on the property.
