I do think either my loan broker over-promised, saying to expect a loan 85-90% of PP; or the HML did promise the world just to get me hooked; or my loan became too complicated and the broker got tired of it.

Overall she's a good tenant and I really do not want to have to go through the hassle of searching for another tenant, but I am tired of her haggling with me.

The seller is tired of the houses, doesn't need the money and just wants out.

Facebook marketplace leads to a lot of tire kickers, but it is also nice being able to check out their profiles to see what type of person they may be and if they fit your tenant profile.

Granted, the holiday season is probably the worst time to list a rental...I'm using all of my traditional outlets: Zillow, Signs and reluctantly Craigslist (I quit using this on account of the tire-kickers and scammers and dirtbags LOL).

Some people are just really tired of managing their own properties and what out of them as soon as possible.

I am very new to real estate, but I'm very tired of renting and working very hard to make a living. would you happened to have some advice on starting out for a newbie like me?
