I'm curious what fellow Park owners are paying in interest rates for their loans, have you refinanced lately, and how helpful or ridiculous your experiences with lenders have been.  

Not on a mobile home park but a residential property we just opened escrow on.  

Do you see any advantages to being completely mobile? 

I just purchased a 4 bed 2 bath 2004 Mobile Home on 1 acre with a Septic system and permanent foundation. 

I'm going to make a huge number of assumptions and I want to be told which assumptions are wrong and what the right way of looking at this is.Say I invest in an apartment syndication or storage unit or mobile home park or something like that.

Unless you really need to live in the higher end hoods, I’d steer to the ones with more upward mobility like glen park, sunset, Richmond, Bernal, etc.

However, when having discussions with them and their disregard for anyone that has been with them for a period of time, I was completely turned-off by their attitude.After I decided that we needed to look, I quickly noticed a couple of key differences:  accounting, modern interface and mobility. 

So I'm going to attempt Cash for Keys with a mobile notary service present.
