I will be completely mobile, with a printer/scanner/computer/wifi onboard.

I want to have a rock solid base to build on but I am totally on board with what your saying in principle and had myself considered doing that as a part of broader plan.

I have a client I've done some deals with (he flips houses) who has done very well and is on board with me getting more skin in the game.
