I am a newbie like newborn newbie, I have no experience in real estate( I worked as a real estate assistant for a short while but I was going to school for real estate and the hours just didnt work out) I have horrible credit. 

Every section of it is horrible.

We already have these new horrible laws here in NY.

I really feel horrible in the AirBnB/VRBO space.

But finding out why it fell through or withdrew isn't as easy as listing agent will likely state it was something innocuous even if it was a horrible home inspection.   

I'm doing a live-&-fix that I want to rent out.On my second or third day sleeping here, I started experiencing horrible headaches, mind-fog, and fatigue. 

They are all horrible, meaning they are either actually horrible or they are good but charge wayyy too much which means they are horrible.I use rentecdirect.com, probably about the same as cozy. 

I've found the quaility at the box stores to be horrible. other than that none of my suppliers have branches near Hoboken because I'm from south NJ. 

At least if you have a long term vacancy or whatever, your carrying costs are low.If you have been reading other threads on this board, I’m sure you’ll see that others say you are doing a horrible deal and having poor, or poorer, returns than if you leveraged.

Only those who likely have the virus are being tested, so the percentages are falsely high.I believe that the fallout from this will be horrible, with high losses of our elders, panic causing shortages, and knee jerk reactions in the financial world.
