I take the 4 acres U get house free and clear.. long story short they come up with 250k for the 4 acres I deed them the house and give them another 100k cash so now I am in it 250k large with a bare lot.. that I am figuring to hold for a number of years.. well sometime you do the right thing and provenance smiles on you.. 4 months later a big developer is doing a land assemble and needs my 4 acres I sold it to him for 950k cash .. and made 700k on that deal in less than 1 year.. and the lady who would have been homeless now owns her home free and clear and she could also sell to the developer for a big chunk if she so desired.. me I just took my check and put it in the bank.

@Austin Largusa The property and the lease/tenant are two distinct items...so, unless you are dealing with a property owned by the housing authority or their subsidiary, built with tax credits or receiving tax credits, it's not a section 8 property...and section 8 is really a mis-used term...it's actually called a Housing Choice Voucher and they are used across many populations from at risk of homelessness, to corrections re-entry...to house veterans, etc.

The quality of this man’s end of life will be drastically impacted by my company, big responsibility.I volunteer coach 5 soccer teams and while congratulating one of my players, I noticed his teary eyed mother, whom I have come to know at a distance over the last few years; I immediately asked the matter and she quietly let me know they were living in a hotel and were officially homeless, she said her mother hadn’t spent the rent and bill money wisely.

Also, the model unit had built-in air conditioner but his unit had big stupid air conditioner. so everything was different than the model unit.and today he said that there was a homeless sleeping at the hallway on his floorso they refused to show him the unit that he already made contract and no one is living, but the unit condition was terrible unlike model unit. is this legal?

So, people can look into the unit if the windows or blinds are open, also, you can hear cars parking(loud stereos), random homeless people walking by talking to themselves, the dumpster being rolled out and emptied M,W,F etc. basically all the little special joys of living in dense urban environment.
