My savings are falling short after my home purchase so I need alternatives that can be implemented right away (ie I don’t want to wait 5+ years to have sufficient savings to only then invest in rental).Any feedback is welcomed. thanks 

Every eviction I've had to do was for a reason that falls under the list of allowable reasons even under the new law.

She says she knows of a cousin who happens to live in the same state as the property, but apparently he had a falling out with him and they have not spoken for many years.
