Jorge Newberry is the principal and a very good guy from my experience.

The fact that you have already owned and sold a rental property gives you a great experience to start from.In terms of the best place to invest - that is whatever place meets your criteria, goals and investing style.Personally flips have not been working as well for me lately, but when we get the right BRRRR deal those are still working well.

@Colby Burns  Agreed regarding the PM side with them (A member of my spouses family had a horrible experience with them)  Regarding the construction side, I cannot speak to. 

Coloma @Ryan McKenna  Any update with your loan guys experience?

They don't understand how to price effectively, study the market, set boundaries with tenants, establish policies and procedures, communicate, and dozens of other things.

There's nothing like the experience of others to help you not only sound more professional in the beginning but also miss a TON of pit falls!  

After talking with my mentor (He's a realtor with 20+ years experience) he suggested purchasing a rental property first.

I have it narrowed down to two agents, one has more general experience in the area and are part of a large organization.  

Your first investment will be a huge learning experience.
