A rather unscrupulous approach by some investors is to go to the homeowner after the auction and say, "I'll give you $X,XXX dollars if you will sell me your house for "some price" that is less than they would have paid at auction.

While the usual saying "you get what you pay for" obviously applies, I'm flabbergasted that people are ready to invest hundreds of thousands of dollars in a foreign country but have an issue paying a likely small amount in relation to that to make sure they don't end up making a bad investment.Hope this helps!

Hence they already tell to reduce the rate possibly in September.In all fairness to the unpredictability argument, the Fed had data showing massive spikes of inflation in 2021 while also knowing that the US government had injected trillions of dollars of stimulus into the economy during the pandemic but decided to pass it off as "transitory" due to "supply chain shocks" (not wrong, but wildly overblown).
