Thanks, Victor.I have met the people in person, and it's a fairly large, established lender operating in multiple states. 

Also, not sure what relationship you have established with your property manager but typically people hire managers to take care of this part and be tenant-facing.  

What I recommend people do is tell the lender ok great I am going to want to use my own title company to close this so funds would go to them.

OTM = General, overhead/widescreen view of nationwide market tends.BPRE = Detailed ways specific people are making money in real estate.

Usually, this is a sign of stability and a preview of the types of people who live in the area. 

Curious to see what feedback people who have used them have though. 

Buyers could look at a DSCR loan which does take into account the revenue from the rent but it doesn't count towards the value of the property.Now, buyers could look at a business loan of some kind but I am not sure they would qualify if it is only one property and even then, the value is mostly in the property and not the possible revenue. 

Also, you could also hang out at some local ice rinks where people take their kids to hockey practice!

I'm based in WI and there are several people from NY investing here, some successful and some not---the common thread I see from the ones that are not is that they relied on someone else for information instead of investigating, VERIFYING and doing their own due diligence. 

I believe if you change jobs or leave that job, you have to pay that loan back or else it counts as a distribution.
