Keep your monthly expenses low and your heart open to learn everything.

We bought a 2-year vacant cape in the heart of Yale University New Haven we lived in it for exactly 2 years( to avoid cap gains) and struck gold.

We usually do $50 more for month to month, but with my leases mostly at $1400 or more, that would be more like $350 per month so seems like it could create some heart burn for tenants. 

Don't forget Lubbock is still a small town at heart and RE thrives off of human relationships.

@Christy Philippoff,I can tell you're a nice/good hearted person from this post.... that being said, they are treating you like trash!    

There also is an underground meat storage next to the creek that is still there, next to the new cabin.If you wanted to stay in a super modern cabin with pool tables and heart shaped tubs, this wasn't it. 

Do you feel like the TK provider has your best interests at heart ?

It's ironic how half-hearted their contact attempts were leading up to the point of 60 days.

My pricing is definitely lower, this cabin is in the heart of Pigeon Forge and I’m at $300/night in summer when neighbors are around $475+… @Paul Sandhu nothing specialty, just a big tourist town!
