I'm guessing this is because note investing is not quite as cookie cutter as other types of real estate investing, and there just aren't as many people doing it.As far as I can tell the first step is to contact the asset managers of different financial institutions and ask them to provide a tape listing the different notes they have for sale.

I might even bring cookies.

For rental quality grade in lower to standard range small cookie cutter homes, yes, you can probably get away with that number.Try a home in my area where the exit is $1M and you can't use $ .79 per sq ft crap tile or a Home adepot $250 stock vanity.

For 9 unit you will want to see all units and for conversions like this you don't have cookie cutter units. 

If you clear cookies or open an incognito browser window, you can get around that.

As you probably know, Zillow is not always accurate and "Zestimates" are typically wrong unless you're in a cookie-cutter neighborhood with a lot of home sales. 

Something to differentiate you from all the other cookie cutter cabins around you.

Now that they have a coil top whirlpool electric range I thought it would be over,(not at all) now they are calling to tell me it does not get hot enough to cook, I sent a technician out twice, he said there is nothing he can do that's the way these ranges are.
