My career is in a totally different realm, I work in the music business, but I'm now ready to rock this!

Hobbies include music and fitness. 

I understand there are more factors that can go into making a clear-cut decision, but right now I just want to know your advice, assuming I'm able to afford the fourplex.Another question: I have found a small complex composed of townhouse units, and a seller is selling 4 of these, 2 bed units together at $175000. 

That is where his interest for real estate was born, but his passion is his music career & he is currently on tour (But due to him growing in age, he wants to get out of that lifestyle).

I've been listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast for a while which I came across on google play music.

Hey there again BP,So I work a job that occasionally has down time and machine time where I can read, listen to music, play games or go on Facebook or whatever, and just recently I've become much more active on this site.

There was an article in Vanity Fair a couple years ago that debated whether this was Bubble 2.0, and those on the side of bubble argued that the companies are living off of this VC game of musical chairs.  

In it, it is composed as a spreadsheet on excel and broken down by owner, address, value , and delinquencies.

I've only been exploring this whole new world for a month now, but I am about to start my 4th book (I'm a slow reader but getting faster) and have not listened to music in the car for a while now, just podcasts and it's been really amazing learning about real estate.I am currently the engineering & quality assurance manager for an overhead crane company in Azle and I'm looking to further my knowledge in real estate and figure out how and when to make my first deal.

I have a long commute for work so I like to listen to things that will benefit me and help me learn and grow, rather then just listening to music.
