Hello everybody!

My name is Irko, I was born and raised in Venice, Italy but I now live in Los Angeles.

I have been sparsely communicating with @Joshua Dorkin and @Brandon Turner in the past few years about the idea I've been growing evolving real estate investing and I'm very happy to finally announce that I AM IN!

My career is in a totally different realm, I work in the music business, but I'm now ready to rock this! haha

Today Brandon's book got delivered to my door and I can't wait to jump on it. Meanwhile I have listened/watched about 4 or 5 podcasts and next week I'm totally going to tune in for the webinar!
