I have 2 cc and 1 plumbing finance.

Property current mortgage 72,300 5/1 ARM 5.5 percent opened 2/1/20Refinance: Around total 77,000 cc/fees/prepays payment near 545 30 year fixedCurrent payment with adjusted tax will be about 640 per month on the 5/1 arm So i would save about 100 per month but lose a few years in making up costs........................thoughts??

I just opened up a new cc last month for up to 10k for 15 months.

I got started in 2017 and owned at max 12 doors all purchased via auction or using creative financing strategies (cc balance transfers, subject to, and owner finance wraps).

It's just such a pain in the neck when the CC gets compromised and I have to get a new one, so ... anyone ... anyone ...

I've been working so hard to get my CC debt paid, and then never use again.

CC are great because they are 'insured' by the bank.One time someone tried to buy a 28,000.00 dollar ring using my card number it was under my limit on that card.
