Hi Ben,1- 20k to 40 rental units in 2 years is a bit ambitious but i've seen it happen.

@Ben Sears thank you, yes it is a leak in the foundation so that worries me, he stated there was another leak but he fixed that and is willing to fix this one as well, not sure why he didn’t fix both of them at once......as far as numbers go I should get $500 cash in pocket each month.
