The Acting Governor has asked businesses to send non-essential workers home, and the City of Waltham has issued a snow emergency and asking businesses to shut down and send workers home, no parking on the streets, etc.

Its snowing here in NJ right now and I'd rather be in Hawaii too.

@David Galvan I would look at it from a month to month basis, how much can you comfortably budget and devote to marketing rain, sleet or snow.

I suppose I have not accounted for snow removal/lawn service but my numbers reflect over 50% expenses

Windows I can do since I will only need 5 or so.Might get some prices on the siding.I will get the house inspected and have all the furnaces and water tanks checked.I also wil get a better look at the roof now that the snow melted away.
