@Nathan McBrideIf you have four ranges with continuous pilots in a multifamily I would change them all out immediately with used units of the $200 variety that utilize a piezoelectric sparking system to light the burners.

;) They have the stovetop burner there which is gas, and I wouldn't mind putting in a nicer floor...I have thought about the convection oven too.
