Carl,Earnings are tax free on whole life if you reinvest them to buy more insurance.If you follow the Infinite Banking concept, all earnings and policy loans are tax free.Great process and product and as a i mentioned, great for real estate investors!

Out-of-state investors is not a new concept. 

Looking for some feedback, and maybe some ideas to help flesh out what I'm working at.I'm looking to reach out to my community, offering free workshops to introduce people to the concepts of investing with their IRAs, 401ks, etc, by rolling them into (as applies, full or part) into and SDIRA or solo401k.I'm aware of the SEC R&R, and not to be doing any general solicitations.

Gratitude journaling and mindfulness meditation are helping a lot as is time. 

The renovation cannot be for any structural changes, i.e. you can't change the floorplan to have an open concept between the kitchen/family room or add an additional half-bath, but you could redo the kitchen, roof, etc.
