Are these units worth it, and have you had good success with addressing cigarette smoke odors with ozone?

Fixed up/separated basement and upper floor with separate entrances and created 2 addresses.

She did update the mechanicals and roof, so those pricy issues did not have to be addressed.

Consider all the things that could go wrong and see if the lease addresses them: unauthorized pets or tenants, early termination, security deposit, lease violations, late rent, eviction, lawn maintenance, parking, etc.5.

I very rarely get a reply and not everything is addressed.

The house has been on the market but traffic is slow - not sure if this is due to the current environment or something specific I should address within my listing (we've already adjusted the price).

Since your lease clearly states a no smoking clause, it's important to address the issue directly with your tenant.

@Ben O'Neill  The simplest thing to do is specify under address the room and use of common areas.
