I had a warrant issued and am being charged with "criminal housing violation". 

None of our borrowers qualify for conventional financing for one reason or another (seasoning, reserves, non-warrantable condos and many other reasons).  

I always check the official county records, the judgment books and warrant books, if I need to be sure.

Most contracts warrant power of sale and hopefully buyer #2's contract included this.  

If he is looking like his capability is maxed out, find someone else because you can be sure your job won't get the attention it warrants.

I would agree that caution in San Diego right now is well warranted.

If they determine that there was a law broken or a lease violated on a property that you were involved with they could likely do a handful of options (fines, license suspension, rebate to consumer, etc.) if they felt it was warranted.  

I'm gonna keep moving forward until I have exhausted all means.Any advice is warranted!
