Seems silly, but I do have the keyboard shortcuts for QB desktop down pretty well, it makes me efficient at data entry, these shortcuts normally don't carry over so well to web apps. 

Paul - the meetup.com platform might be dead for these parts, but https://www.arkreia.com/ is still active with weekly web meetings and they just recently started back at in person meetings. 

Plus SaleQL acts as an extension on your web browser, and is very easy to learn and use.

It is web based. 

Also, try to create something unique about your property and make it the First Photo on all the web platforms you plan to use. 

Thinking about pulling the trigger on John Martinez' course to take myself and train my VA's, but I really like Steve Trang as well.
