And cost is not coming down.

Still boils down to will the developers go for it and will the market receive them well.Portland came up with some really high density rules to allow these little tiny home villages and the planners and city was so proud and a few developers tried them but the market ( buyers) dont like them and the projects have failed so no one is building them anymore.. 

There are a few more “big ticket” items that need to be considered (Minisplits & landscaping) but most of the major costs have already been accounted for on this property.We currently have a 30 year conventional mortgage with a 7.125% rate on a purchase price of $750k. 

I am looking to buy a property in SLC Utah that i would want to try and run as a STR to help offset the cost.

They are requesting to go month to month at the end of the lease term, I am okay with allowing them to do so with a slight increase in the monthly rent (My current lease does have an automatic renewal clause that would be month to month if no termination notice is received by end of the lease term, I just need an addendum to increase the rent amount).

It’s a great way to get started in real estate and will offset your living costs when you do move out on your own.

I've scheduled two quotes with TDH Mechanical and no one has shown up both times.

Other than that no common utilities or anything like that.
