Being from DFW, that seems a strange situation.

Strange how we only reward good deeds, but do not punish bad ones in the group.

It seems strange that they could get away with something like this IF they are at fault.

Strange how little people are willing to share or how such a giant community knows very little.I would be happy to share with you what I know about Philadelphia and learn from you.

They're a 20% down buyer, which makes it just strange.  

Strangely enough this is a result of the IRS willingness to attack some exchanges (typically on raw land developments and cases of significant lengthy renovations) where the hold time was much more than a year by claiming that the intent all along was really to resell.  

It seems strange to me that an additional 3 units would cause a boiler to cost 4-5 times as much.  

It has a nice, aluminum-sided, 3-car garage behind it and also this strange building. 

Here is the strange part though, I searched the property records and the deed instrument number being auctioned appears to be associated with a HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit) that is tied to the original mortgage.
