That said there are some steadfast profitable things that all kids can be taught and cultivated regardless of any excuse I mean social or economical challenges that they face. 

No 401s, 403s or social insecurity contributions.

Just a few ideas...make connections here at BP, go to local investor meetups, use social media like LinkedIN to make new contacts.

And realistically, if you are advertising on something like social media, you will likely only get about 5-10% of your total leads being qualified.  

The neighborhoods were very social, neighbors doing crawfish boils in their front yard for anyone who was hungry, musicians and artists, second line parades could start up any time.
