We put this one on the backburner since we have another active flip going on but, in the case that we have to get rid of it for whatever reason we rather resell in the current condition vs spend the money for demo. 

I am considering purchasing to resell.

My ultimate goal is to be able to enter a contract where im able to list the property on the MLS and resell it without actually fronting money on the property at first.

If youre looking for a quick flip in a hot area then buying a turnkey property to resell could be cheaper.

That doesn't mean it isn't a good investment but you'd be better off just buying it and then reselling than wholesaling. 

The area it's in is very nice so if we wanted to resell it would take closer to $100k for us to maximize the money out (the area can handle it).

My plan would be to re-sell the property. 

The seller's strategy is basically to keep reselling the same homes on Contracts for Deed to get down payments and higher cash flow from the CD payments on top of the lot rent. 

Am I understanding correctly that your ideal plan A scenario is to hold the property, and then the fallback plan B option would be to possibly resell the units 1 by 1?
