Personal stuff - I love spending as much time as possible with my 5 yr old daughter and the rest of my family, I love fitness (generally work out at least 5x a week), and I've recently developed (better late than never) a passion for real estate investing as a means of 'getting out of the rat race' as well as acquiring knowledge in general in order to better myself and share that knowledge to help others.I haven't uploaded my Pro video yet, but I plan to as soon as I get a moment so my BP peers can get a better feel (beyond the photo) for who I am. 

Hey everyone, I'm new to the forum and wanted to take a moment to introduce myself.I run a small analytics consulting business in Boston, and develop data science courses for several online education platforms.I'm interested in real estate investing as a means of diversifying my portfolio and providing additional streams of passive income.

At the moment, I'm looking for ways to break into the BRRR cycle in this Seller's market, leaning toward low overhead properties with Short Term Rental potential - particularly near Ybor City and TPA airport. 

At the moment I feel as if I have a ton of road blocks.

I live in Alaska at the moment but plan to move to Virginia soon(18 months) I tried posting in the starting out section but it doesn't seem to be working.

Also am unsure if it is renter occupied at the moment. 

I know some of the mediocre craigslist photography was a big turn off for me while I was looking for places to rent, so if you're looking to step your photography game up in between tenants in the Florida Keys (prefer upper and middle keys at the moment, but could be willing to travel to the lower keys for the right opportunity), shoot me a message on here.I would also be willing to help with light cleaning if necessary in between tenants.

There are multiple properties in my area that are going for 15K-25K needing minor cosmetic work that I'd like to be able to get into but I'm limited on capital at the moment and would like to get creative to make them work (if that's even an option for me).
