Hello all, looks like a great community here. Listened to many podcasts, and pick up great ideas every time. 

At the moment, I'm looking for ways to break into the BRRR cycle in this Seller's market, leaning toward low overhead properties with Short Term Rental potential - particularly near Ybor City and TPA airport.

Would like to find an Agent that is familiar with the Short Term Rental market(s) (and Cash on Cash returns) in these areas, potentially expanding to St. Petersburg and/or Orlando.
