Also, I would recommend using multiple platforms and not just limiting yourself to Airbnb/VRBO.

Recommend staying away from owning the mobile homes... 

Hey guys new to this platform but I have a question if anyone can help.

When you get a property manager or Co-Host and they are paid out through the Airbnb platform, you will have to choose within the Airbnb platform to pay the PM/CoHost 1 of 4 different ways. 

We currently own the property & is being used as a mobile home park with a single family house. 

I can tell you the last person I evicted was shocked, and was having to live with friends because no one would rent to them... not even a mobile home... and they had a family of 4 with a dog.
