in the tiny zip lock baggy not sure what to do with it, the one i found tonite, as right now its lying on the floor sorta behind the dryer.as the one i saw months ago (fall out of the washer) i just assumed was jewelry baggy with detergent in it and left it behind without much thought since i'm not street smart at all, never been exposed to any of that (til now) =L

Current owners have been diligent in caring for the septic - regular tank cleaning, liquid detergents only, no oils down the drain, no feminine hygiene products being flushed etc etc etc.

The first thing I'd try is to approach the tenant and ask if s/he'd like to buy the oil from you and settle on a rate which will be mildly to severely discounted before you sell if back to the supplier.
